Refund Policy

At RAJENDRA LDA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C, we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, which often involve time-based expertise, planning, and resource allocation, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or initiated. This includes any time spent on assessments, strategic planning, project evaluations, or client meetings.

2. Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for services and wish to cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or processing fees. To request a cancellation, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the service.

3. Project-Based Services

For long-term or project-based engagements, a refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and work already completed. Any approved refund will reflect only the portion of work not yet delivered or incurred.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as unforeseen emergencies or force majeure events, we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests with fairness and flexibility.

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.

NOTE : 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

At RAJENDRA LDA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:

1. Service Cancellation Request Timeframe

  • Clients may request a cancellation of booked services within 48 hours of confirmation or at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of service, whichever comes first.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to raja.dwarakamai@gmail.com.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

  • Before Service Commencement: If the cancellation is made within the allowable time frame and before any work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued (see our Refund Policy for details).

  • After Work Has Begun: If cancellation is requested after work has already started, clients may be charged for the portion of work completed up to that point.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service delivery may not be eligible for a refund, and up to 100% of the service fee may be charged depending on the resources committed.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services that require significant pre-planning, third-party commitments, or custom deliverables may be non-cancellable once confirmed. These will be clearly communicated in the service agreement or invoice.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of providing fair and reasonable outcomes for all parties.

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). Final pricing may vary based on project scope, complexity, and duration. A detailed proposal will be provided after initial consultation.

  • Fee: AED 100 (one-time fee, up to 1 hour)

2. Project Planning & Feasibility Analysis

  • Description: Detailed planning, timeline creation, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

  • Starting From: AED 1,000

3. Full Project Management Services

  • Description: End-to-end project management, including monitoring, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Starting From: AED 5,000 per project

4. Business Process Optimization

  • Description: Analysis and restructuring of workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Starting From: AED 3,000

5. Customized Consulting Packages

  • Description: Tailored services for startups, SMEs, or large enterprises depending on specific needs.

  • Pricing: Upon Request (based on scope and deliverables)
